Extension rate: 10 (%) : 3 ~ 15.
Heat treatment specification: 1) full annealing: heating to 390 ~ 390 ℃.With different effective thickness of the material, the insulation time is 30-120min.At 30 ~ 50 ℃ / h speed with furnace cooling to 300 ℃, the air cold again
.2) rapid annealing: heating to 350 ~ 350 ℃.With different effective thickness of the material, the insulation time is 30-120min.Air or water cooling.
3) quenching and aging: 500 ~ 510 ℃, quenching air cooling;Artificial aging 95 ~ 105 ℃, 3 h, air cooling;Natural aging room temperature 120h [1-2]
