The spot weldability is the same as that of 2014 hexagonal aluminum bars and 2017 hexagonal aluminum bars, and the argon arc welding is 2014 hexagonal aluminum bars. As good, but worse than 2017 hexagonal aluminum bars.

● Heat treatment specification:

1) Complete annealing: heating 390 ~ 430 ° C; with the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30 ~ 120min; with the temperature of 30 ~ 50 ° C / h with the furnace cooled to 300 ° C, and then air cooled.

2) rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 370 ° C; with the effective thickness of the material, holding time 30 ~ 120min; empty or water cooled.

3) quenching and aging: quenching 500 ~ 510 ° C, air cooling; artificial aging 95 ~ 105 ° C, 3 h, air cooling; natural aging room temperature 120h
